Singer-songwriter John Denver touched millions of people. He also achieved the status of a superstar with his folk-based pop songs with a lot of them being set in Colorado. He was born Henry John Deutschendorf Jr. in Roswell New Mexico, he was in affection with Colorado before settling in Aspen. Many people beat a path to Colorado due to Denver's famous tunes for the state he was raised in.
